Journaling for your pregnancy is encouraged with weekly information and photos about your experiences and cravings. It is highly customized and has a sleek design, which makes this app worth the cost, but there is also a limited version available for free.

    iPregnancy The ultimate pregnancy tracking app for iPhone, iPregnancy has it all. Designed by an OB/Gyn, this app is packed with features that help you keep track of your pregnancy progress, due date, health stats, baby development and much more. Pregnancy can be a hectic and stressful time making it hard to remember your appointments. iPregnancy has a convenient appointment reminder feature as well as a section to keep track of questions you have for your doctor. The app is so overloaded with features that it's hard to talk about them without giving you a long list of all the things it can do. The best way to explain it is that iPregnancy has everything that you could possibly want from a pregnancy app. It will keep track of and give information about almost everything that is pregnancy related. It is also a customized and personalized way of documenting the important 9 months of your life. The cost is a bit steep, but well worth the price.

You won't get the customized journaling features that you get from other pregnancy apps, but you will get access to the forums.

    Maybe Baby While Maybe Baby isn't technically a pregnancy app, it will help you if you're trying to get pregnant. Enter information about your menstrual cycle and find out when you'll be ovulating and the date of your next expected period. The app is a fun, visual way to track your optimal days for conception. The app has a fun design and will help you keep track of when you can get pregnant, but the price is a bit steep for the limited features of the app. Still, Maybe Baby receives high ratings from it's users and does have an excellent concept.

    There are tons of iPhone pregnancy apps out there. If you've searched for them in iTunes then you know what I'm talking about. It's hard to weed through the poorly put together apps to find the useful ones that are what you need. All the apps that made this list are highly rated by users. Overall, Baby Bump Pregnancy Pro is the shining star. It is a comprehensive app that has everything that you could want in a pregnancy tracker. And, to top it off, the design and interface are extremely attractive. If you are willing to shell out the $3.99, you'll be amazed by how many features and capabilities the app has.
