Change your BlackBerry footer message. The BlackBerry footer message is a message that is automatically included in all of your outgoing e-mails and responses to e-mails that you may receive on your BlackBerry. This footer message is not viewable by you when you send an e-mail or reply to an e-mail. However, the person that you are sending the message to sees the footer message at the end of the message. The default footer message included with all BlackBerry devices includes a message related to the wireless service provider providing the data services to the BlackBerry. An example of the footer may say "Sent from my BlackBerry on the Sprint network" if your services are with Sprint. To modify the message to say whatever you want it to say, you must have a BlackBerry password and access to a computer.
