Adobe Director 11 Player software gives you the ability to and assists you in creating and publishing your own interactive games as well as demos, prototypes, simulations and can assist you in building eLearning courses for the web. This software allows you the ability to burn your work onto DVDs, CDs and also supports both 2D and 3D multimedia using Quick Time video, bitmaps, text, vectors and sound as well as streaming Real Video and Real Audio. It can also integrate virtually any major file format, including video that can be created with Adobe Flash software.

This media application was created by Macromedia and now part of Adobe Systems. It allows users to build applications built on a movie metaphor and be the director of the movie themselves. Originally designed for creating animation sequences, the addition of a powerful scripting language called Lingo made it a popular choice for creating CD-ROMs. It is compatible with both Windows and Mac computers. To installthe software, close all other applications currently running on your system.

For Windows, insert the DVD into your drive, and follow the on-screen instructions. If the installer does not launch automatically, navigate to the Adobe Director 11 folder found at the root level on your disk and double-click Setup.exe to start the installation process.

System requirements for Windows are; Intel Pentium IV 600MHz or higher, Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 or later edition, Microsoft Windows Vista, Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later edition, 512 MB of RAM, 500 MB of available hard-disk space (additional free space required during installation) DVD-ROM drive, Microsoft Speech Application Programming Interface (SAPI) 4.0 or later edition, Internet or phone connection required for product activation.

For Mac, Insert the DVD into your drive, and follow the on-screen instructions. click on Adobe Director 11 and on the folder that is opened, Double-click Setup Mac OS to start the installation process.

The system requirements for Mac are; Mac OS X 10.4, Safari, 512 MB of RAM, DVD-ROM drive, Internet or phone connection required for product activation.

If you downloaded the software from the web, open the folder where the installation files were saved to the computer, navigate to the application folder, double-click Setup, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
