Check Your USB Cord
Well, the first step that you want to take is to make sure that the player is properly connected to your computer. Ensure that the USB cord fits tightly into both the computer and the player. Next, make sure that the player is connected directly to the computer. Sometimes your computer can’t read your player if you have your player plugged into some third-party device, which indirectly connects the player to the computer.
CD Installer Incompatibility
