The more things change, the more they stay the same. This is especially true in the world of graphic design trends. There is a definite parallel between the print and the online design world. This parallel keeps trends in graphic design ever evolving, while staying true to the traditional elements of graphic design. What are the current trends in graphic design, and how have the traditional elements played a huge part in the future of design? On the web design side, they will have to hone skills in typography, color schemes, visual communication, layout design and primarily a firm understanding of how design affects the human perception. The main focus is to stay current with what's hot and what's not on the traditional and digital side of graphic design trends.
