Free Halloween Card Templates

Fall will be upon us soon and Halloween is the first big holiday of the season. With the spooky holiday coming, it is a great time to start creating Halloween cards using desktop publishing programs. In this article we are going to take a look at various online resources that offer Halloween templates for creating memorable cards to help you celebrate the season with friends, family, and even business contacts. The first resource for card templates is available on About.com, where they have one page dedicated to free gift cards that can be adapted using any graphic program for designing and publishing your own cards.

HooverWeb Design offers a selection of card templates for every holiday and Halloween is no exception. The templates include the "Happy Halloween" greeting and range from pumpkins, witches, skeletons, ghosts, and trick-or-treaters. Each card template features family-friendly images and can be customized in your own graphics program.

Microsoft online offers a full collection of user-made and MS-made templates you can use to publish your own cards. Under the Halloween card template selection you'll find stylized pumpkins, like the one seen to your left intermingled with simple templates that feature bats, vampires, and other creatures of the night.
