How to Change Icons on Your iPhone?

Step 1: Install iPhone Explorer.
Step 2: Plug in your iPhone and start iPhone Explorer.
Step 3: Go to “phone name/Apps/appname/appname.app,” These values may differ according to your device.
Step 4: Now backup the “icon@2x.png” file by dragging it to another place where you would like to keep it.
Step 5: Your icons have to be in .PNG format and the size must be 114x114 and 72 PPI with no transparency or layers (57×57 for older devices). Then name your replacement icon as “icon@2x.png” and drag it to that folder in iPhone Explorer. Next delete the original file.
