When I was reading about this app’s description from the App Store, I couldn’t help but remember my former housemate who used to play CDs of calming nature sounds - ocean waves, water droplets, quiet wind blowing softly and all those kinds of things. Since he was playing them so loud, I couldn’t help but hear the sounds as well. Guess what, before I knew it I had grown accustomed to the sound and it helped put me to sleep as well.
