The BlackBerry Curve 9300 measures 4.29 x .36 x 0.55 inches and weighs around 3.7 ounces. The handset offers a 2.4 inch TFT display, supporting up to 65,000 colors. Designwise the BlackBerry Curve 3G looks much like other BlackBerry handsets with navigation and menu access keys on either side of the optical trackpad under the main screen. Beneath the main display is a full QWERTY keyboard, designed in such a way that it is comfortable for all hand sizes. The BlackBerry Curve 9300 has a standard point and shoot 2 megapixel camera with video recording option. Initially, this handset will be available in black and red color choices.

The BlackBerry Curve 3G has a micro SD memory card slot that allows memory expansion up to 32 GB. It has 3.5mm stereo headset and dedicated music control keys so that music lovers can easily access their tunes while on the go. The Curve 3G uses a standard 1150mAHr removable lithium-ion cell battery that provides 4.5 hours of 2G talk time and 5.5 hours of 3G talk time.

The BlackBerry Curve 9300 comes preinstalled with the latest BlackBerry OS 6.0 . This operating system provides a smooth user interface and offers improved user experience.
