A look at many of the achievements in the life of Steve Jobs, one of America’s great entrepreneurs and visionaries. These include accomplishments with Apple and Pixar, along with other important ventures.
It seems visionaries like Steve Jobs only come along every few decades to change the world around them. Some have great ideas, but need equally talented entrepreneurs to help them forge those ideas into reality; Steve Jobs could do both. It’s not far fetched to compare Steve Jobs to Thomas Edison or other famous inventor-entrepreneurs. Of course the centerpiece of the many accomplishments of Steve Jobs’s life would have to be Apple—the company he co-founded. Apple became what it is today through a series of milestones and successes, for the most part, under the vision and direction of Jobs.
