But if you find yourself binging, eating obsessively or simply unable to control what you put in your mouth, you've crossed into the complex territory of overeating. And although eating too much can lead to overweight, your health is also at stake: What you eat has a definite affect on your cardiovascular health, and can increase risk factors for some diseases. In this guide, we explore some of the reasons why overeating happens and how to break the cycle.
