If you are looking for a game with the graphics of a cartoon,and the cheesy drama-laden plot of a bad soap opera, then this is the game for you. If thats not your cup of tea though, you will want to pass it on by. It is arguably one of the worst additions to the Sims genre ever.
If you are in search of a game that will give you all of the feeling of a cheesy soap opera - the kind that they show in re-runs at 3 am on the stations that also show informercials from the late 80’s - then this game will be very appealing to you. If you want a game that will give you something to think about and make you want to come back to it time and time again however, look elsewhere. This title features a corny plot and graphics that make Simpson’s episodes from 1995 look like they are cutting edge. Read on to see what makes this such a poor Sim title.

Usually Tycoon/Sims games have an open plot world where you can make things happen as you please. This game however, works a bit differently. It takes you inside the hospital with a cast of charters that would be at home in even the most zany of children’s cartoons. The story is over-dramatized to say the least, and complete nonsense at best. As long as you don’t have any concerns about logic, this plot won’t bother you.

The drama-fest episodes throughout the game are occasionally broken up by missions. The missions are also lack-luster, and you will not find them to be even remotely hard to accomplish. Even a young child could find this game to be very basic.
