How about an article talking about some of the popular Xbox / Playstations games that you can also play on the PC?  Perhaps also some games unique to the PC that you cannot really play on one or all of the popular consoles.

Do you mean games that started as console games but were later released on PC and vice versa?

I'm sure we can come up with something to cover that.  Thanks for the suggestion! :)

I suppose I mean both.  Many people are used to the consoles out there and are not even aware that many of the games they like that exist on these consoles can also be played on their PC.

A good example would be Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. It's just as popular on Xbox 360 and PS3 as it is on the PC.

What about emulators?  You can download and play any Playstation, N64, and Game Boy game on your PC.  It's not really legal, but very easy to do.

Great! I suggest the Dos Box emulator needs some review. It plays those rare dos games as well as abandonwares.

That would be a great idea. I've dabbled with DOSBox a little myself, but never taken the time to learn how it works. There are tons of message board threads on it.

What about extending this idea about retro games reviews?

Maybe you can do it in two directions, the one will be for very retro-games, and the other for games from 2002+.

Looking at World of Warcraft for example, it's technically a 4 years old game, yet so popular. I've been playing it for three years now, and I'm happy to see that there are lots of articles about it here. As a hardcore player I also have some objections, but that's another story. And yes, you are right that this game still gets expansions to keep it popular, so it's maybe not covered with dust like the games I'd like the writers to review.

How about tips and tricks for each game and cheating codes to increase superiority. I would like also to find out which is the best graphical card for a particular pc game. Does linux can also be adapted for games and which are the right ones to that platform. Also how about a small tutorial to make a small game at home and which softs are needed.
