Escaping the Haunted Manor Lord of Mirrors - Guide and Walkthrough

When Stan becomes trapped, the Lord of Mirrors reveals himself and you find out that the only way to escape is to recover all pieces of the magic mirror that transported him to this place. Each area requires detailed exploration. Current tasks are listed by clicking on the icon towards bottom left side of the screen.

Hidden object areas are found when a magnifying glass icon appears. The list of items you need to find will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. A hint button is available that can help point out items that may be difficult to find.

Tools are also important while playing Haunted Manor Lord of Mirrors. They will be used to complete tasks or unlock other clues. The game provides a separate section to store these items. To view, click the Inventory icon. Use tools by clicking on them and then clicking on the location where you think it is needed. If it is correct, the appropriate action will follow. Otherwise the tool is automatically placed back into your inventory with no penalty.

As the game progresses, new mini-game puzzles will be revealed. These range from finding differences in images to memory puzzles that require lots of matching

The electrical tape is located in a hidden object area in the back of the room. To get the tape, you will need to find all objects listed. These are:

Stamp, Birdie, Saw Blade, D, Joker, Smoking Pipe, Ruler, Riding Crop, Bottle Cap, Electrical Tape, Clothespin and Manor. Review image on the left to see exact locations.

• 2 Cat Statues, Star, Spur Star and Horseshoe.

Everything but the horseshoe is located directly in the hallway. Review the image on the left side for details. Go back to the hidden object area to reveal another list of items (including the horseshoe).

Once you have the horseshoe, place it and the other items needed for the safe on the icons displayed. It will reveal a mini-puzzle that requires you to put together pieces of paper which forms a message.

Complete this puzzle. Next you will need to find a mirror to read the message. This is located on the right lower corner of the hallway. Read the message and a new mini-puzzle will be revealed. Click on the “Want to Play?” text on the mirror. You will see an image and reflection of Stan Riddle. Solve or skip this puzzle.

By the time you reach this part of the Haunted Manor Lord of the Mirrors you will need to find a brush to clean off the mirror. It is located on the right side of the room. Once cleaned you can move forward to a new area in the game.

One task in this room is to light the gasoline lamp. You will need to locate wire cutters, lighter box key, lantern knob and gas to complete the task. Part of these items are in a hidden object area. The following items will need to be found:

• Octopus, Brass Spoon, Lighter, Hook, Sinker Float, Crab, Cigar, Silver Fork, “A”, Bottle Opener and Wave Symbol.

• Haunted Manor Lord of Mirrors has no time limit so explore each area carefully and use the hint button when needed.
• In every room, be sure to light it up by using lamps or candles. Light keeps away the Dark Ones from causing you any grief.
• Dusting off mirrors with a brush reveals new areas to explore.
• If you click on an incorrect area too many times, the screen will “crack” which temporarily prevents you from doing anything.
• Mini-game puzzles can be skipped after the Skip meter is filled.
