Want to find a great little cuddly guinea pig game that you can play with the family? Well, I don't know about G-Force being cuddly, but it sure looks like fun to me! Here is your Bright Hub preview of G-Force for the PS2.

G-Force from Disney Interactive

gforce boxWhile the movie hasn't hit the theaters yet, both it and the game are starting to get a lot of hype. So, just what are we in for when it comes to the new G-Force console game from Disney Interactive? Well, let's take a look and see what they have let loose so far.

Story LineRating Excellent

Basically, you have a bunch of crime-fighting, undercover guinea pigs that are trained by the government. They are trying to save the world from Leonard Saber, the evil billionaire. In the game, you play as the leader of the group, Darwin, as you undertake your mission to thwart Saber. This is a very unique story line, and one that has not been done before, so hopefully - it will make for a rich story line in the game as well.

Game PlayRating Good

So far, there have only been a couple of different areas of the game released for those of us outside of Disney to see, but it seems that you will have several different weapons and vehicles at your disposal to use in your quests. One of the vehicles that you'll get to use looks like a suped-up hamster ball that has rocket-propulsion.

From the different areas that have been released so far, it looks like you have to use any means necessary to get where you need to go - even if it includes the ventilation system, an office building, or the street outside. You will use your gadgets, weapons, and smarts to make your way through each area and to the other side. But, you are not completely alone, you have your remote controlled buddy, a fly, that will help you see around corners and through areas where you need to go.

GraphicsRating Excellent

As you can see from the screen shots below, the graphics are superb so far. I can only hope that the whole game looks this glorious as I am completely impressed that the shots are this clear and detailed. The colors are great and detail is awesome, so I hope that none of this is lost when the game actually comes out.

OverallRating Excellent

This looks like one great family console game that just about everyone can enjoy. And, you will not have to worry about which console you have as this one is being released on the Xbox 360, PSP, PS3, PS2, DS, Wii, and even the PC.
