Wheelman allows you to play the part of a fun, engaging, and satisfying character with attitude to spare and talent to burn. With high speed chases that terrorize normal folks, this game plays like a summer blockbuster the whole way through. Highly recommended for action junkies

Wheelman includes seven different types of side missions for you to enjoy, each with 15 engaging and totally satisfying individual missions for you to undertake that keep the adrenalin flowing and the energy hyped.

Wheelman keeps the action going and adrenalin pumping by throwing you into one high-energy setpiece after another. The explosive thrills combined with non-stop action will have you yelling and laughing throughout the adventure.

Wheelman seamlessly combines a package of tried and true open-world racing with summer blockbuster action movie fireworks to produce an immersive experience for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 game consoles. It sets a pace and keeps it up through out the whole game, and even hypes up the already outstanding and entertaining level of action at times.

The Lame Parts
Rating Good

Wheelman, despite being a well-designed video game overall, includes out-of-vehicle gun play that, while fun and engaging at times, is ultimately just an awkward but adequate combination of over-the-shoulder aiming, auto and free targeting.

The included side missions are fun and entertaining to play, and a fantastic addition to Wheelman, but you can safely ignore them without affecting the storyline or ultimate ending because the rewards included aren't crucial to your success.

The Graphical Picture
Rating Good

The subway tunnel chase rocks the eyes with amazing particle effects, textures, and details included on the runaway train, goons on motorcycles, and the amazing look of the subway environment as it rushes by at fantastic speeds. All of the environments and atmosphere created in Wheelman put you in the moment with visual shine and are presented with amazing color, subtle shadows, and unique lighting effects to produce an amazing feel.

Movie productions are over the top visually and Wheelman follows in their footsteps as cars don't just crash, they vault into the air as a mass of smoke and fire, throwing their occupants onto the hard street like rag dolls. You launch into the air off of steps, complete with a cinematic camera angles and effects. The character animations are extremely smooth and fast as you swing from trains and fight off bad guys trying to take you out.
