Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars Walkthrough Part 2

Hsin Jaoming is a very powerful Triad boss in Grand Theft Auto facing an internal struggle with elements desiring to take his place. Uncle Kenny, Zhou Ming, Chan Jaoming, and others act like loyal followers, but the strong always survive in this world.

Trail Blazer - You have to complete the missions "Driven to Destruction" for Zhou Ming and "Raw Deal" for Chan Jaoming to make this mission available for play. Once you steal the tanker, get out on the road; just make sure you stay in front of the trail of fire behind you. The other cars aren't going to be a problem; your tanker is heavy enough to knock them out of its way. Just make sure to take the turns wide to keep your speed up. Once you reach your destination, line the tanker on the mark and then leap clear before it explodes and the mission is over.

The Offshore Offload - You must complete the missions 'Dragon Haul Z" for Zhou and "Sa-Boat-Age for Chan to make this mission available for play in the game. Steal a four door car or borrow one and drive to the place where the police van is parked. Make sure to move up to the van from the side alley, so the police won't see you, and then bust Hsin's men free. Run to the car, drive to the accountant's locations and take the cash he gives you. Now, drive to the helicopter pad so Hsin's henchmen can leave.

One Shot, One Kill - You must complete the mission "The Offshore Offload" to make this mission available for play. Get in your car, go to the hotel and enter the building, look for the balcony with the sniper rifle waiting for you. Assemble the rifle and then scan the courtyard for your intended target. He's the guy in the white shirt, just wait for him to sit still long enough to get a good aim, and then take him out. Now, you need to escape, so exit the building while evading the three star wanted level and this mission will be over.

By Myriads of Swords - You must complete the missions "Counterfeit Gangster" for Chan Jaoming and "So Near, Yet Sonar" for Zhou to make this mission available for play. Retrieve the sword that has been left in the dumpster and then drive to the location of the two traitors you have been told to eliminate. Use stealth to get close without alerting their guards and you can quickly eliminate them with your blade; otherwise you'll have to battle through their protectors and then chase down the fleeing traitors. You must kill the traitors with the sword, it's an honor thing, but you can kill his guards anyway you want. Once you have killed the traitors and removed their I.D.s, go to the meeting with Hsin in the amusement park.

A Shadow of Doubt - You have to finish the mission "By Myriads of Swords" to make this mission available for play. This is a fun mission that tasks you with following a Korean gangster as he moves about Liberty City. He'll be on foot and in a car, so this is a fun and entertaining mission to undertake. During the first part, just follow his distinctive pink umbrella as he travels to a meeting. He's smart, he'll try to fool you and will stop at several points to see if he's being followed, so make sure to focus and get behind cover when he does this. Once he reaches his destination, just quickly and smartly plant the bug on their car.

Now, just use the blips on your radar screen to follow their car as they travel to their destination. They're the blue dot on the screen, don't get to close, but keep your distance or you'll loose them and fail the mission. Once you complete this mission, you'll receive an e-mail from Rudy D'Avanzo. Once this happens, an R will appear on your map to mark the location of Rudy and begin a new mission series. You can either head over to do a few jobs for Rudy or continue on to Hsin's next mission.

Friend or Foe? - You have to complete the mission "A Shadow of Doubt" to make this mission available for play. Grab the explosives and travel to the Korean's safe house. Put the bomb in place and make a nice hole in the wall and then back the van up. Hsin's men will be busy stealing the safe, so stay outside and protect them from the upset Koreans. Once they get the safe in, drive the van back to Hsin's garage and open the safe to remove the documents.

Arms Out of Harm's Way - You have to complete the mission "Scrambled" for Wade Heston to make this mission available for play. Travel to the docks where the arms deal is currently happening. Create chaos and kill all the enemy and then chase down fleeing dealers using the Jet Ski parked at the jetty. Avoid the mines they'll throw out of the boat and then destroy the boat to end the mission.

The Wages of Hsin - You have to complete the mission "Arms Out of Harm's Way" to make this mission available for play. You need to grab a heavy weapon or two and lots of ammunition for this mission. Grab the bombs and head to the Korean's home-base. Go inside, make your way to each of the markers and plant the explosives. Once you have detonated all the bombs, escape by running to the back of the compound and leaping into the getaway boat that's waiting for you. If you've already finished the mission "Convoy Conflict" for Lester Leroc, you'll now receive an e-mail from Wade Heston. Otherwise, go complete the mission in question for Lester.

A Rude Awakening - You have to complete the mission "Oversights" for Rudy before this mission becomes available for play. Check out the possible places Rudy could be hiding, he'll be at the second or third location you expect to find him. He'll try to escape, so chase his car down and kill him. If you grab the $ sign on Rudy's corpse you'll get a nice $500 reward for your work. If you have completed "See No Evil" for Lester, you'll receive an e-mail from Wade Heston, otherwise to talk to Lester.

In Grand Theft Auto the Liberty City Police are usually right in the middle of the business of the criminals and Wade Heston is like a fish in water. A narcotics officer who is currently under investigation by Internal Affairs, Heston wants to make a big bust to get the attention off of him. He figures Huang is just the ticket to help him find the score he needs.

The Tow Job - You must complete the mission "Raw Deal" for Chan to make this mission available for play. Get in your car and go to the location of the Korean's vehicle, follow the tow truck, and then force it to come to a stop. Use an SMG against the driver and his protection when it comes to a stop, and then lower the Korean's car from the tow truck by using the touch screen.

You need to raise your wanted level to the two-star level; the best way is to destroy a police car. Once this is accomplished, drive the stolen car back to the police station to make sure the planted drugs are found by the police. Once this is done, your wanted level will return to normal and the mission is over.

The Tall Bagging the Dogs - You must complete the mission "The Tow Job" and deliver two bags of coke to Heston to make this mission available for play. You need to grab a good SMG and lots of ammunition before starting this mission. Get in your car and go to the police station. Follow the Korean gangster as he makes his rounds and reports to several underbosses. Once each meeting is over, quickly eliminate each underboss and then get back to following the Korean. The last underboss will attempt to flee by leaping into the Korean's car. Destroy his car with your SMG from the safety of your own vehicle and the mission is over. If you've completed all of Hsin's missions, Uncle Kenny will email you at this point, and ask you to deal with the Spanish Lords, so go back to his place.

Weapons of Mass Distraction - You have to finish the mission "Kenny Strikes Back" to make this mission available for play. Get in your car and go to the Korean's hideaway. Once there you want to create a distraction, so blow up one of the vehicles parked outside. Just kill all of the gangsters that come out to investigate and then get in your car and drive to the next gang house. Attack the guards around the last two houses and get the gangsters to chase you to the docks. Now, get in the handy boat waiting nearby and escape.

Street of Rage - You have to complete the mission "Weapons of Mass Distraction" to make this mission available for play. Get in your car and go to the scene of the ambush and eliminate all the gangsters. Most of them can be taken out from your car but you'll have to go inside the building to help Heston, so body armor and heavy weapons are going to be required.

The gangster guarding Heston uses a mini-gun that will kill you at close range, so use long range weapons to kill him and rescue Heston.

Operation Northwood - You have to complete the mission " The Fantom Menace" for Zhou before this mission is available for play. Steal a fast car for this mission and then drive to the garage and fit the bomb onto the engine. Next, drive to the bar and look around to scout out the dealer and his surroundings. Once the dealer decides to run, get in your car and chase after him. His car is fast and he'll cut down alleyways and parks to try to loose you but follow his skid marks and it's easy. Don't loose him and then park your car near his hideout and get clear, before detonating the bomb and destroying his place.

Torpedo Run - You have to complete the mission "Operation Northwood" before this mission is available for play. Jump in the police boat and chase down the target ship and destroy it using your torpedoes, while avoiding the mines it drops behind it. Once you return to the jetty, you'll see some enemy gangsters getting in a van as you approach and leave. Go after them and eliminate them using a good drive by weapon to stop the van and then finish them off from the safety of your vehicle.

Scrambled - You have to complete the missions "Faster Pusher Man! Sell! Sell!" for Lester Leroc, "Friend or Foe for Hsin", and "Grave Situation" for Rudy to make this mission available for play. Get in your car and follow the route toward the scramblers. Once you get close, you'll lose the signal as your radar goes haywire from the scrambler. Just use the interference meter in the upper left corner to figure out where the scrambler is hiding. The meter will fill as you get closer to the scrambler and empty as you move away, so it's easy to figure out. After you've found each of the three the scrambler, eliminate the guards and then just destroy each truck. Once you finish this mission, you'll get an e-mail from Rudy, requesting that you meet him. Just look for the R on the map to locate Rudy and then go there to continue his missions.

Evidence Dash - You have to complete the missions "The World's a Stooge" for Rudy, "The Wages of Hsin" for Hsin, and "Convoy Conflict" for Lester Leroc to make this mission available for play. Get in your car and go after Wade's car and hijack it by whatever means necessary and then get it to the Pay N Spray before your pursuers can destroy it. Once you're free of your pursuers, find a secluded place that's over fifty feet from any alley or street, and then get out and search the trunk for evidence. Just follow the instructions on the touch screen to burn the papers and then drive the car back to Wade's to finish the mission.

Wi-Find - You have to finish the missions "A Rude Awakening" for Hsin and "See No Evil" for Lester Leroc to make this mission available for play. To download the files and finally learn the identity of the rat in the organization, you'll need to find the Wi-Fi hotspot between four sets of signals. For each download, check your map to find the signal locations, and then head for a spot that's right in between them. After you arrive, stay there until the download is finished. This mission is challenging and will get progressively more difficult as the police learn of your exploits and you earn wanted levels as you complete the downloads. Once you've completed all the downloads, you must use all your driving skill to shake a three star wanted level before going back to Wade to finish the mission. Once you finish this mission, you'll get an e-mail from Uncle Kenny, he has a new job for you, so head over to see him.

Salt in the Wound - You have to complete the missions "Hit From the Tong" for Zhou and "Clear the Pier" for Chan before this mission is available for play. You have to fight your way through the first part of this mission, your enemies are well armed and you can get killed easily, so use cover and intelligent movement. Once Wade decides to head for the controls cover him as he learns how to get the gate open.

Kenny will attempt to escape using a fast boat. Stay close to Wade and then jump in the boat with him. You'll be using a machine gun as Wade chases after the boat with Kenny in it. Concentrate your fire on the attack helicopter to take it out of the picture quickly and then keep after the boat. You and Wade will reach the jetty just in time to see Kenny jump in a car and speed off.

You're also going to have to deal with a four star wanted level as you chase down Kenny. Kenny will head for Hsin's location, which is close by. Make sure not to get killed or arrested by the police on the way and then park in the marked spot in front of Hsin's place.

This is the final confrontation; it's time for the traitor to meet his final fate. The moment you get to put an end to all the mind-games and double-crossing. Uncle Kenny will be waiting with the same sword that got Huang into trouble. Kenny is tough, but not too hard to eliminate. Just use the fountain in the middle of the room to keep your distance and keep you from getting hit with the sword. Finish off Kenny and the mission and game are over.
