GEAR DVD 7 promises it can make everything from little two-minute "business card" CDs to dual-layer, high-quality video DVDs. However, just as GEAR Video slipped a gear when I wrote that review, GEAR DVD 7 wasn't any better. I prefer online distribution the more I try software that makes discs.
