The official name is Faststone Image Viewer, but lots of sites refer to it as Faststone Image Viewer, Browser, Converter and Editor. Don't get me wrong, Faststone is not Photoshop, but it will do all those quick and dirty things you need with your images without having to load up a bigger program.
