I am 39 years old and did an executive profile and the only thing that was out of range was my ESR test it was at 40 mm/h. My urine was a little cloudy but was told because I am not drinking plenty water. Could this result in cancer if not treated quiclky. I am not sure what would cause it

how to decrease ESC whith out using tablets ?????
i have ESR about 80...in my blood...but i don't like to eat tablets...bec i don't know how to do that...

HIGH ESR RATE

My friend who is 28yrs have been having mild chest pain. XRAYs and CT Scans done of the chest show a large mass of cells. ESR rate is 159mm/hr. Doctors unable to give a clear diagnosis. What could be the problem and how serious is it?

thank for giving me a information about ESR.I am confusing that ESR increases with age. I mean due to the increased release of plasma protein like immunoglobin and fibrinogen or due to increased body inflammtion.
