I tried to open this, but it comes up as an unrecognizable file format. I opened it in Excel ( I have Office 2003), but it opens as a bunch of random characters. Any advice for opening? I was able to open some of the other files Ronda posted.

I downloaded your excel spreadsheet...when I scroll down, I noticed that the column names change from the A, B, C, etc. that Excel defaults to, to your titles...how did you do that?
