Useful template indeed !.

Wouldn't it be worth while to add the risk category/type, just in case we want to view a particular category of risks only.

Basically, map it to one of the sources such as scope, schedule, cost, quality, procurement etc. At a later date, if we want to know the kind of risk events likely to take place say in engaging vendors on a similar project, we could just look at them real quick.

Just a thought.
