What Online Project Management Tool Do You Use?

In the small company I work in, we currently use a custom made application developed in-house. But since I run PM Hut, I do get contacted frequently from different companies to review their product. I haven't had the chance to do this yet (for anyone), however, I have had the chance to take a look at most of them and the common thing I noticed is the importance collaboration is getting with each and every new release (it's actually a good thing, since PM is mostly about communication). I also noticed that almost of all of them have an AJAX interface, which is sleek.

I use a simple 5pm tool

We use Intervals because of its combination of time tracking, task management, and other productivity tools necessary for project management.

I fully agree with Anna on this.

I use Attask project management software (www.attask.com). It's user friendly and has allowed me to sync my projects with other tools like MS Project. Attask has allowed for greater visibility and productivity throughout the whole project life cycle.

I use Lighthouse (www.artifactsoftware.com) which is great for software projects because it combines traditional PM like planning, gantt charts, etc. with requirements management, test cases, defects, issues, etc.

I never found the optimal tool, responding to all my needs, and at a reasonable cost.

So I came to design my own tool for tracking project activity.

I published it as a freeware, and you can get it at http://www.deltaprod.free.fr.

It's not a full online tool. It is mostly a heavy client tool, for team member work, and provides a web GUI for customer acces to have a view on treatment of his request.
