VoiceNotes is an application that is not specifically developed for project management, but can be used to record notes while on the go. The free application allows you to record messages – with an unlimited length – then play them back for later. If you are a project manager, you cannot rely on mental notes to keep track of your tasks. With VoiceNotes you simply press record, then save after your done recording your note. In addition, notes can be transferred to your Mac or PC with VoiceNoteSync.
SimpleMind eXpress
Need an application brainstorming and idea formulation? There’s an app for that – SimpleMind eXpress. The free mind-mapping application can be used by project managers to brainstorm ideas, and solutions to troublesome issues. Simply drag and arrange ideas and topics on a single mind map or between mind maps. SimpleMind express mind maps can be share with others, although it does not support multiple user collaboration.
