Product Features and Information

There are four different kinds of pads: the Procrastination Pad, the Focus Finder Pad, the Quick Kudos Pad, and the Brain Drain Pad. The pads are all 8.5" x 5.5," and each pad has 40 sheets. All of the pads can be personalized with a company logo. Each pad costs $6 or you could purchase all four of them for $22. The pads all have different purposes and features.

Procrastination Pad

The Procrastination Pad helps you break a big task into smaller, easier to handle ones. Step two reminds you to put a deadline in your calendar, and the final step allows you to break a larger task into smaller chunks.

Focus Finder Pad

The Focus Finder Pad makes you determine what tasks are most important. This pad has a place to write down three tasks that must be completed that day, two tasks that you would like to finish in a day, and one thing that you have procrastinated over, which would be good to finish.

Quick Kudos Pad

The Quick Kudos Pad is a combination of an assessment form and a thank you note. The pad lets you choose which compliment you wish to pay to the recipient, the reason for the praise, and a list of exemplary qualities that the recipient possesses.

Brain Drain Pad

The Brain Drain Pad replaces the scraps of paper or napkins on which most people scribble their notes. This pad provides spaces to jot down ideas and provide room to mark what you plan to do with the task. On top of each sheet, is a key of symbols to mark down what action you plan to take with each idea, such as delete or file.

The GoodRating Good

The Procrastination Pad breaks difficult tasks into more manageable chunks. The way the Focus Finder Pad forces you to concentrate on finishing several jobs, instead of worrying about a dozen, is a helpful, stress-relieving technique. The Five Focused Minutes step on the Procrastination Pad is a good reminder to utilize those spare moments to chip away at a large project. It also lets you gauge how those odd minutes have added up.

The BadRating Average

While the choice of adjectives it provides is helpful, the Quick Kudos Pad seems somewhat impersonal. A handwritten note or even a typed evaluations is more specialized and a nicer gesture. The reminder in the Procrastination Pad to put a deadline in your calendar seems superfluous and unnecessary. There is not much room on the Brain Drain Pad for each idea, which means that you would have to use up more than one space to flesh out your ideas or write very small.

The Bottom LineRating Good

The Procrastination Pad and Focus Finder Pad are definitely helpful for time management and relatively inexpensive. They definitely seem work the price. The Brain Drain Pad might be useful depending on what techniques work for you. The Quick Kudos Pad, while quick and easy, is not as good as a simple note and not a necessary product to purchase.
