Therefore, it is possible to add all accounts you have cash in, and by doing so you will spend less time keeping track of your accounts and the amount of money you have in each.
In Quicken 2005, add your cash flow accounts is a simple process that can be setup in minutes.

2. Then click to go to the Cash Flow Center,
3. When the Cash Flow Center opens up, select the My Data button.
4. In the My Data area you will see a list of all your Savings Accounts to date, along with any Spending Accounts you might have.
5. Since we have an account we would like to add, press the Add Account button.
The Quicken software will then provide you with detailed instructions on the process of adding an account online to the Cash Flow Center. To maneuver through the pages press the Next button, and this will move you to the next screen.
Quicken also provides a Help button, which will provide bring any detailed instructions to help you with adding your account.
On the first screen when adding a cash flow account online, Quicken will ask you to input the name of your financial institution. It will therefore be important to have the full official name of your bank or credit union with you. By having the proper name, it is possible for Quicken to properly set up your cash account.
After you have input the name of your bank, Quicken will then ask you how you would like the cash account to be setup. Some banks give you the ability to use an express version of Online Setup to view your bank's balance information.
When Quicken asks you for a customer ID and PIN number, input all the IDs and Pin numbers for each account you have with this bank. If Quicken only allows you to connect to your bank's website without displaying the option to input a customer ID or PIN, then you might have to manually input your account information.
After you have set up your account, Quicken will then ask you to choose a name for your Cash Flow Account. You can choose the name that is already listed with your bank, or create a name more convenient for you.
After all of this is completed, Quicken will provide you with a summary of all the data that has been inputted, and all you have to do is click "Done" to approve it. Now you have setup your Cash Flow Account using the Internet.
