Gloria Mark, an expert on neurological disorders presented that people who try to do several things at the same time are often highly stressed, frustrated, and pressured with their workload.
Adverse Psychological Effects

The stresses of multitasking, some scientists say, prompts the release of adrenaline and stress hormones. What may result is a vicious circle.
