Learn How to Fix Blurry Photos Online

We’ve all experienced the situation where you take a photograph and it looks alright on your viewfinder. When you upload it, however, you notice that it’s blurry. This is especially frustrating if you can’t easily recreate the photo. If you don’t have a photo editing program on your computer, you can use some online programs to sharpen and make other edits to your images. If you want to fix blurry photos online, then you have a number of options. Best of all, these programs are usually free to use.

FotoFlexer

FotoFlexer is an online program that allows you to edit your photos, including touching up blemishes, eliminating blur and improving the overall color. You can reduce blur in this program by manipulating the saturation, hue and brightness. You can also add effects to your images, including animating sections of your image.

Once you are done, you can just save your photos on your desktop, or you can create a profile on the site and save your images to your profile. You can also share your images on social networking sites like Flickr and Photobucket.

Picnik

Picnik is a free program and you can decide whether or not you want to create a profile on the site. To use this program, simply select the Get Started button, and upload your photograph.

Once your image is uploaded, simply select the Sharpen button, and use the amount slider to increase or decrease the sharpness of the image. You can also use the Advanced options to use the Unsharp Mask, which gives you a little more control over the sharpen effects.

Phixr

Phixr is another free program, but you must set up an account if you plan on working with the program for more than six hours. And, you only receive the additional features if you sign up for an account.

To use this program, either upload your photo, or input the link of the photo. If you are working with large photos, you’ll have to let the program shrink them. Once your photo is loaded, select the Sharpen tool. This tool looks like a red box with white lines. You can adjust the opacity and strength of the effect, and you can also feather your edges.

Pixenate

Pixenate is a very simple editing program, and all of your editing features are located on the left-hand side of the screen. Select the Choose your image to edit link to upload your photo. Once you see your photo in the center screen, select either the Enhance Photo or Normalize Photo tool.

This will apply a general fix to your image, including sharpening it and improving the color. Only use this program for very generic or quick fixes.
