How can I find and get a loan at the lowest interest rate possible? In my recent search, I've seen lots of ads that say they have the lowest rates available on loans and mortgages, but I don't completely trust them. I would really appreciate any information about where to look for a good deal on a loan, or tips to use when negotiating a loan with a lender.
