After connecting my device to a desktop PC, I installed the app on my Pocket PC by using Microsoft ActiveSync.

The ‘Reminder options’ tab allowed me to set an alarm that can be repeated after a desired time so that I could be alerted to call a contact later when I was free. Here I could also customize a message template so that I could immediately send an appropriate message after having a conversation. The settings window also allowed me to customize calendar templates so that the conversation I have had and its details can be saved for future use.
After I had configured the settings, I came out of the main settings window.
Now whenever I hung up my phone after making or receiving a call, I noticed that a pop-up window was initiated on my main screen where I could select various after-call management options to respond back accordingly. Here the first two options are ‘Dial a contact’ and ‘Send a message’ and I could call back or send a message to a specific contract by tapping on these options. The ‘Open contact’ and ‘Add/update contact’ options allowed me to open a contact for editing and add/save a new contact respectively.
Finally I could add a new calendar entry by selecting the ‘Add a new calendar event’ option and also set a reminder to call back a contact by selecting the ‘Remind to call’ option.
