iPhone speakers are not very powerful in comparison to other mobile phones. Also, the speaker phone is not as loud as other mobile phones in the market, especially the Chinese mobile phones. But now, you can easily increase the iPhone volume just by downloading and installing a small package developed by iClarified. You have to add it as an application to Cydia store, and you will notice a slight improvement in the volume. This slight improvement will be a lot better than earlier. Below are the step-by-step instructions on how to increase iPhone volume.
Note: The tutorial is applicable to 2G, 3G and 3GS iPhone, with any older or the latest firmware installed.
Step 1: First, you must verify that you have “iClarified” added as a source in Cydia application. If not, then you need to add it.
Step 2: To install the application tap on the Cydia icon from the Springboard. Now, press the Section button from the bottom left corner. A list of categories will appear. From the list of categories, scroll down to the end, to find iClarified.
Step 3: Tap on the iClarified category, to explore the packages under it. From the list of packages, select the Volume Boost (2.0.1) package.
Step 4: Press the Install button from the top right corner of the screen. To continue the installations press the Confirm button.
Step 5: Once the installation is complete, press the Return To Cydia button.
Step 6: To exit the application, press the Home button on your iPhone. Now, you need to reboot your iPhone in order to notice the improvement in your iPhone’s volume. Reboot your iPhone, make a call and notice the slight improvement I was talking about. You will be glad that now the other party doesn’t have to speak louder so that you can hear his/her volume.
