Star Command II: System Vault

All PlayMesh titles include some form of financial holding institution to protect your money from other players. In Star Command II this is called the System Vault, and acts the same as a Bank in all the other PlayMesh games. Here are some tips for using the Star Command II System Vault.

When you are in the main upright Portrait view in Star Command II just select System Vault, which is under Galactic Interpol and above Repair Dock. If you are in the horizontal Landscape view you are going to find the Star Command II System Vault in the left hand panel below the Cosmic Realtor and to the right of the Intergalactic Consular.

Once you are in the Star Command II System Vault you are going to find an interface that is similar to other PlayMesh games. In the center will be a text box that says Enter Amount in it. Below will be buttons for Deposit and Withdraw, as well as a Deposit All button to the left and Withdraw All button to the right. Above the text box will be your Star Command II System Vault balance listed. Here you can make deposits as long as they are not greater than your free Star Command II cash, and make withdrawals larger than the balance of your Star Command II System Vault account. All deposits have a standard ten percent fee taken out of them, though all withdrawals are free.

The fee in the Star Command II System Vault is the same as with the rest of the PlayMesh fleet. It is, in fact, on the smaller side of all of the fees for banks in most MMO text based iPhone RPGs. This being said, it is still pretty expensive and lowers its over all uselessness. There are few situations early on that will really make you want to use the Star Command II System Vault. The main reason to use the System Vault is that Star Command II Repair Dock will only be able to use money from your System Vault account. You cannot just use your free cash in the Star Command II Repair Dock, so you have to keep a little money in the System Vault just in case.
