    Blurb Mobile

Here's a nice iPhone app that lets you easily and quickly create and share short media stories using your iPhone. This app allows you to create engaging interactive visual stories using video, photo and audio media on your iPhone. All you need to do is import your media and assign sequences to create your media story. The best part is you can easily share these media stories with your friends and family on Twitter or Facebook. The app also allows you to rotate, crop, scale and drag your media content. (Price: Free)

    Blip.me

    blipme

This new iPhone app is quite unique as it lets you turn your iPhone into a push-to-talk walkie-talkie, allowing you to send and receive free voice notes and text messages to and from your family and friends. One way of describing this app is as something simpler than a text message but personal like a phone call. The app will be most useful if you want to send a quick note to your friend but you're too lazy or too busy to compose a text message. Simply say your note and send it to anyone on your iPhone's contact list. What's good about this app is that your friend doesn't need to have the app installed and better yet doesn't even need to have an iPhone to receive your voice note. (Price: Free)

    Crackle

    crackle

Released just a couple of days ago, Crackle is definitely one of the best apps in April 2011. This app does one basic thing - lets you watch movies on your iPhone for free. And I'm not just talking about old movies of the long gone era, but more recent ones that became blockbuster hits. Movies such as The Da Vinci Code, Big Daddy, Joe Dirt and more. Aside from movies you can also watch popular TV shows using this new iPhone app. What's even better is that more movies are being added to Crackle's catalog every month. The app streams movies and TV via Wi-Fi or 3G and is available only in US, Canada, UK and Australia. (Price: Free)

    Photosynth

    photosynth

Interestingly, Microsoft's latest iPhone app has nothing to do with their cloud storage services or their search engine. It's Photosynth - an interactive panorama capture and sharing app. The app is pretty good actually as it lets you capture photos in 360° in all directions - that means, up, down, left, and right. The app uses the latest in computer vision techniques. Using the app and creating panoramic shots is easy as well. Just take a series of photos and let the app stitch them together to create your final panoramic shot. As for the sharing feature, the app lets you share your photos with your friends on Facebook as well as upload them to Bing Maps where they might be featured on the Bing Search homepage. To use this app, you need to log in using your Facebook account. (Price: Free)

    irigrecorder

There are many audio recording iPhone apps already on the App Store. But who knows, iRig Recorder might actually come in as one of the best of them for you. This iPhone app offers a powerful and flexible audio recording feature that is so easy to use. A perfect companion to the iRig Mic iPhone app, this app features intuitive editing tools for cutting, cropping and looping your audio as well as some special effects to enhance your audio recordings. Slewpi

    slewpi

This app's tagline goes something like a painterly music synthesizer for your iPhone. It allows you to create music and synthesized sound and animation by painting on the screen with your fingers. The app is so easy to use. All you need to do is just paint with your fingers and then choose different colors and brushes to change the strokes and sounds. The app will then record everything that you do and play it back in a loop. This app is great for kids of all ages as a fun way of learning about music. It can be used by DJs or musicians as well for creating high quality synth lines, effects and transitions. (Price: $0.99)

    worlddictionary

Another unique iPhone app, Worldictionary instantly defines and translates words that are captured by your iPhone's camera. It eliminates the need to type the words before the app translates them. The translations are displayed as quickly as you've captured the photo of the text. The app recognizes and translates words in nine languages including English, Japanese, Korean, German, Italian, Spanish, French, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. (Price: $4.99)
