You cannot transfer phone numbers directly from a BlackBerry to an iPhone, however you can sync your contact list from your BlackBerry device to the BlackBerry Desktop Manager, and then to Outlook or Windows Mail. Once the synchronization is done, you can then either sync Outlook with your iPhone or sync Windows Address Book with the iPhone.

Before getting down to the step by step instructions, make sure that you have both BlackBerry Desktop Manager and iTunes installed on your computer.
