Blackberry Curve Personal Email Configuration Problem: Corporate System Administrator is Blocking Email Application

I am having trouble setting my personal email address to my Blackberry Curve 8310. I bought this phone second hand, and when I try to configure email settings, it says application has been blocked by corporate system administrator and to contact system support for further information. PLEASE HELP ME!!! Thanks in advance for anything that may help me setup my personal email.
