Your last order of business is to select whether or not the BlackBerry software is configured to start automatically when the computer does. In the majority of cases this is a definite must; however, administrative requirements may only permit the manual execution of the software (when performing a one-time administrative configuration deployment, for example). Same applies for placing a desktop shortcut on the computer system; using the above manual deployment example, this may only be a requirement for the system administrator so this action can be turned off in such cases. Automatic checks for updates, on the other hand, are a definite must; except when administrative policy explicitly requires manual deployments, this option should be kept as-is.
Once all options are set at the necessary specifications level, it's time to select Install, and the system will take care of the rest. After the install completes and you confirm to Finish, you will likely be asked to restart the computer; just say Yes to this, and you're ready to go! All that's left is to connect your BlackBerry to the computer, let the drivers install, allow the software to perform your first device sync and you're done!
