Before you can import your Outlook address book to your Blackberry you'll need to save the entries to your PC. Here's a step-by-step guide for Outlook address book exporting.
1. Open Microsoft Outlook and click on the "File" link at the top of the application and then choose "Import and Export."
2. Select "Export to a file" when the wizard opens and then click "Next"
3. You will be asked what type of values you want to use, choose "Comma Separated Values" and then click "Next."
4. Choose the Contacts folder than houses your address book and then click "Next" followed by "Browse"
5. Choose a location where you would like to save the exported file, we suggest the desktop for easy access. Choose a file name for your file and make sure you use the .csv extension and then click "OK."

The .CSV file is now created and ready for importation into your Blackberry Smartphone.
Now that we have the .CSV file on our computer we need to move them over to the Blackberry Address book. Here are the steps.

2. Choose the "Address Book" option and then click on the "import" option via the navigation bar.
3. Click on the "Browse" otpion and then navigate to the location where you saved your address book .CSV file.
4. Choose the exported file and then click the "Open" button.
5. Finally choose the "Add" option.
Your Outlook address book contacts should now appear in your Blackberry Internet Service Address Book, double check to make sure the contacts are in place and the process will be complete.
