Georgios Zoumpoulidis is a freelance translator, writer and journalist. He holds a BSc Law (Aristotelion University of Thessaloniki, Greece), a Diploma in Translation (IOL, UK) and is a certified technical analyst (FCTA) as well as a certified Derivatives Advisor (Athens Derivatives Exchange). Georgios Zoumpoulidis has taught English at all levels, and traded in the US and Greek stock and options markets, as well as forex. His lifelong fascination with technology and computers led to working as a programmer (xHTML, PHP, mySQL) and security products and solutions reseller and consultant. He has translated mostly computer literature (manuals, user guides), online and offline games for almost all platforms, legal business and financial texts and texts about other industrial automation systems (such as CNC tools, for example) .He has written original documentation for software applications (offline) and web applications. Since 2002 he is a full time freelance translator, writer and journalist.
