William Lefkovics, BSc, MCSE, A+, works independently as a messaging solution specialist for several small clients through his position as Technical Director for Mojave Media Group, LLC. Certified first in Exchange 5.0, William has been a Microsoft MVP in Exchange Server since 2001. He has a diverse computing background from composing ASCII adventure games on the Commodore64 to data retrieval on the IBM AS/400. He holds an Associate Certificate in Network Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (IT). His recent focus has been messaging, Microsoft Exchange Server and Zimbra Collaboration Server. He would rather be on his racing bike ascending alpine roads or kicking his crampons into a glacial wall than working in his home office.
He has served as a technical reviewer on books by Schnoll, McBee and Robichaux. He also works, or has worked, as a writer and contributing author for CDOLive, 3Sharp, and now WindowsITPro Magazine. He is a co-author of Configuring Exchange 2000 Server by Syngress Media and Exchange 2007 Server The Complete Reference through McGraw Hill. William also presented at Exchange Connections 2007 and 2008 in Orlando.
His Exchange experience has been mostly engaging small to medium businesses for migration to Exchange or providing training materials on Exchange and Outlook. He has been working with Exchange Server since 1998.
