I have spent the last five years doing primarily volunteer work here in the Philippine Islands. I finance my work through my writing and occasionally taking paid teaching positions. My skills are most prominent in the areas of online content, information materials and educational resources. I am well known for stirring up some controversy in order to stimulate creative thought and encourage (and enable) people to think on their feet.

Worked with associates on-site in the Philippines, assisting with establishment of small businesses to promote independence and develop business skills. Worked on establishing the groundwork for creating an environment suitable to the creation of the Webb Learning Center as a not for profit educational institute for the establishment of free vocational education for the local populace. (Bicol Region) Writing e-books, assorted articles and informative reports for the creation, establishment and profitability of online sites. Helped to establish and run Great Work, an institution for the assistance of and for indigenous peoples. Established English training programs, (Including the creation of proprietary curriculum) wrote technical papers on the proper use and implementation of land to increase crop production and reduce workloads, performed research and did grant writing where necessary.

Respond to alerts regarding emergency situations by locating and assembling emergency crews, coordinating evacuations, and initiating the necessary response for various emergencies for a diverse group of clients. Established and maintained in-house network of eleven computers, including systems diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair, using the DOS, WIN98, WIN2000 and Windows XP operating systems. Responsible for database updates, management, and daily maintenance/updates of client data. Worked as a liaison between local governments and the press corps with responsibilities including the writing and issuance of press releases, official statements and occasionally articles regarding the emergency situation.
