Career Background
Two years of online writing experience coupled with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. I have a strong professional background in the human services field and counseling field. I worked as a HSA with the Department of Human Services for close to a year. I also have three years experience having worked with state parolees and federal probationers, most of whom had issues with drug addiction and maintaining steady employment.
Extracurriculur Activities
Apart from my professional career, I also have a strong background in athletics. I was an avid softball player from the time I was 6 years old, until I was 18 years old.
The positions I played were pitcher and first base, although my forte was pitching and hitting. I played high school varsity level softball from the time I was a freshman in high school, until I was a senior in high school.
I won numerous awards during my career as a softball pitcher. Two awards that I believe encompassed my loved for the game and my team spirit was the Jockey Club, for "Best Utility Player" and the "Most Valuable Player Award," given to me by my teammates, senior year.
I even went one whole season my Junior year, where I only walked one batter--and it was my last game of the season (go figure). I believe the qualities that made me an effective pitcher, were my accurracy, consistency and impeccable control over the softball.
