About Me

TJ Sonntag picked up her first Atari 2600 controller in 1983. She then promptly dominated Space Invaders. Since then she has owned various Nintendo, Sega, Sony, and Microsoft consoles, most of which were purchased for an exclusive survival horror game or RPG.

She reached the pinnacle of MMORPGs with PC gaming and has been playing World of Warcraft since July of 2005. Her favorite classes are those which deal in Shadow Magic: Warlock, Death Knight, and Shadow Priest, although she recently rolled a Paladin to level 85. She has also dabbled in several other MMOs such as Guild Wars, Lord of the Rings: Online, and Warhammer: Age of Reckoning. TJ has participated in the closed and open betas for Aion and has been leveling a stable of toons in RIFT: Planes of Telara since the open beta. Guild Wars 2, The Secret World, and the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim are all on notice.

As a freelance writer she has maintained her own WoW-themed blog, contributed to the now-defunct Azeroth Advisor, and was the Detroit World of Warcraft Examiner. She also contracts for web and SEO content. TJ has a daughter, a husband, a dog, a cat and an Android phone named Ruth. She will not admit to displaying favoritism to any of them.
