A techy single guy living near Atlanta, my interests and curiosity are wide and circle around computers, handheld computers, old cars, old tractors, country gardens, and collecting antique encylcopedia sets.
I've been involved with personal computing since 1987. I've used
OS/2, RedHat Linux, Windows 3.0 and up to Vista, which I really like.
I switched to a Dvorak keyboard layout in the mid-nineties and have to hunt-n-peck on a standard keyboard now. I also adopted the Microsoft split "comfort" keyboards. They are not overly reliable, but a combination of Dvorak and Microsoft makes for some easy typing.
