About Me

I am a wife, mom of three, ages 3, 6 and 27-years old, and grandmom of a 2-year. Yes! My son and grandson are 11 months apart, and there are 21 years between my oldest two children.

I was born a fitness enthusiast who is passionate about helping others to reach higher levels of well-being and live their lives to the fullest. As a Licensed Wellness Coach and Certified Personal Trainer, I coach and train people from all walks of life. I thoroughly enjoy organizing for myself and others. Although I enjoy the process, I am absolutely thrilled to see the calm, organized results and share the joy of each recipient. I find helping others to be most gratifying.

I received my BSBA/Information Systems from UNLV, Master's in Organizational Mgt. from the Univ. of Phoenix, and Project Management Certification from the Project Management Institute.

I am currently self-employed as a Business & Wellness Consultant. My work experience includes over 20 years experience in fitness, project management, business analysis and technology.

I am so happy to be writing. I've wanted to do so for such a long time. I'm looking forward to my dream of speaking before the multitudes coming to pass, as well.

I love life and make a concerted effort to live it to the fullest extent!
