About Me
Hello, my name is Samar (pronounced as summer) and I'm a relatively new freelancer. I live in a tax-free desert land (UAE). I moved here earlier this year post graduation and marriage. In my spare time I love travelling the country by road with my husband, who's a lot of fun for a hardcore banker. You'll always find a digital camera on me. I like to think of myself as a budding amatuer photographer - but not necessarily a good one or even a decent one at that! I have a passion for reading and comedy movies. During weekends, if we're not out exploring, I'm often found curled up on my sofa, reading or watching tv.
My Experience
I started freelancing full time soon after moving here. Writing has always been a passion which grew through blogging. Before that I whetted my appetite for the written word through school and college magazines and then later by writing freelance articles for newspapers and magazines. I've written about various topics ranging from entertainment to opinions and health.
