I earned my BA in history at East Carolina University, where I also attended graduate school. I later taught history and humanities courses. As a graduate student, I was part of a project to create a computer-based simulator, where I first began learning to use graphics programs. I developed an interest in computer graphics in general and 3D animation and modeling in particular.
I also enjoy literature (particularly Shakespeare), Renaissance art, chess, archeology and science.
I am experienced in 2D and 3D graphic programs, including Photoshop, Poser, Hexagon and primarily write on these topics. I am a contributor to sites like Renderosity and Animotions.
