About Me

In the blink of an eye, thirty years have past since I started as a lowly "Paste-Up Artist". I've progressed as related technologies have changed in the graphic design business, working in practically every design discipline imaginable. If it involved advertising design, I've found myself in pursuit. Since 1996, it's been a natural progression into the Web, where I find myself today working with, and focusing on a variety of different Web applications. My main programming interests lie with open source software in Unix based environments. For many different reasons, though mostly philosophical, I've pursued the "Open Source" community. Blogging, social networking and e-commerce development is the niche I find myself on the Web these days. It's in the spirit of the Internet that sharing of knowledge is crucial to Web Development. That's why I write for Bright Hub, with the hope that vibrant discussion will follow my articles.
