Mercedes Diaz is a journalist and mass media professor based in the Philadelphia area. She was a general assignment reporter for the Philadelphia Inquirer, The Trenton Times and the Vineland Daily Journal, and a radio news correspondent for United Press International.
She earned a Ph.D. in Mass Media and Communication from Temple University.
