I have extensive experience in start-ups, management, marketing, professional writing, and website development. I like to believe my diverse background lends a unique perspective to my work and that my professional writing and design background as well as business expertise and entrepreneurism can be of value to others.

Writing legislation for the US Senate and the state of Colorado Starting, publishing and editing Global Telecom Magazine which had a distribution of 30,000 globally and was the first telecom magazine devoted to international telecommunications management Writing several guides and manuals related to cutting edge telecom and high-tech products and services Writing for a quasi-government organization in India on social conditions and rule of law including status evaluation and recommendations Writing professionally for about.com, a division of the New York Times on Germany and travel in Germany Developing and marketing the first global calling cards and prepaid calling cards internationally for major telecommunication companies around the world Serving as European Director for R Systems International, and as Vice President at AT&T in charge of consumer product management and marketing for Germany and the UK Providing marketing consulting services including copywriting, brand development and website development to a broad spectrum of companies, from small shops and restaurants to major telecommunications firms Owning and running a Bed and Breakfast and starting a winery and vineyard in California and opening and running a restaurant and teaching tennis in Mexico
Over the years, I have worked with cutting edge technologies, from the first releases of Visicalc and Lotus to the latest releases of web development programs. The number of options available today to create compelling content and graphics is simply incredible.
