For twenty years, Margi Williams has actively partnered with several nonprofit advocacy groups attacking debilitating social issues such as unemployment, disability rights, domestic violence, emergency housing, and HIV/AIDS. Today, Mrs. Williams continues to embrace the ideals of shared community and social responsibility. For the majority of her career, Ms. Williams has served as a change agent in her community by improving the capacity and programming of community-based nonprofits to address the social needs of its citizens and leverage its resources both strategically and operationally.

Margi Williams has successfully coauthored several state and federal grant proposals that were awarded to various human service organizations. As a seasoned nonprofit and business professional, she has developed and implemented internal and external communication strategies including public awareness campaigns where she coordinated and produced several press releases, brochures, flyers, and targeted media buys to address social and business needs up to and including newspaper ads, radio and television spots, and billboard layouts. With more than 14 years experience in business and nonprofit administration, she has effectively managed a variety of people and projects. She serves as a contributing editor and writer for several writing communities dedicated to educating its readers about issues that affect their everyday lives. Ms. Williams is passionately interested in all forms of current affairs with an admitted obsession for music, politics, celebrity lifestyles, and philanthropy.
